Early Career Teacher (ECT) Opportunity

Pay: £125 - £172 Per Day
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher (NQT) or someone in the early stages of their teaching career to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them up-to-date with student progress.
- Ensure the classroom is a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff.
- Build rapport with students and relationships with other staff members.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Career Teachers).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 6 weeks' experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills.
