Pay: £125 - £172 Per Day

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher (NQT) or someone in the early stages of their teaching career to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them up-to-date with student progress.
  • Ensure the classroom is a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff.
  • Build rapport with students and relationships with other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Career Teachers).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 6 weeks' experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills.
