Sales Negotiator 5 Days a week - One weekend day a week Sidcup £19k-£25k Per Annum - Experience Dependent (Plus £7k Bonus Per Year)
Are you keen to get your foot in the door of the property industry? Or do you have experience as a Sales Negotiator and are looking for a new opportunity? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused candidate to join their amazing team in Sidcup!
You will be working 5 days a week, with 1 weekday off and 1 day off over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday. Weekday working hours 9-6, Saturday working hours 9-5 and Sunday working hours 10-4.
Key duties include, but not limited to:
- Liaising with the public, matching properties to clients needs
- Property viewings
- All administration
- Price negotiation
- Outbound/inbound calls
Skills/Experience:
- Either a keen interest to get into the property industry or 2+ years experience as a sales negotiator
- Good administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Full UK driving license
