CCP are delighted to be working with an existing client who are an industry leading travel insurance company, as they look to recruit 15 (fifteen) enthusiastic Contact Centre Sales Executives to join their office based in
Romford, Essex.

Our client's business is growing rapidly following a recent acquisition, so it's a really exciting time to join them on this exciting journey of accelerated growth. This business has a fantastic working culture, and it puts its people at the heart of everything, meaning this role not only has brilliant earning potential but also benefits from working alongside inspirational people in a laid-back, supportive environment.

To be successful in this role you must be productive, enthusiastic and target driven. This role starts on a base salary of £25,000 with commission paid monthly (realistic OTE in year one of £35,000). The high-performing Sales Executives are earning upwards of £60,000 per annum, inclusive of monthly commission plus quarterly bonuses.

As a Contact Centre Sales Executive, you will be based in the office for the first six months whilst you train and develop to be self-sufficient in the role. Thereafter, you will have the flexibility (should you wish) to moving into a hybrid operating model. During your first month you will be in training, where the hours are set at 9am-5:30pm. Once you exit training and switch into the live role, the hours will fall between 8:30am and 8pm plus weekend shifts ranging between 9am-5:30pm on Saturdays and 10am-5pm on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Handling inbound calls from customers wishing to purchase insurance.
  • Identifying customers' needs to upsell appropriate optional extras so you can maximise sales.
  • Achieve personal sales and performance targets, which contribute to the business as a whole.
