I'm working with a Business where ED&I is high on the HR Agenda - this is a business that wants to improve its Diversity and Inclusion from the beginning of people careers.
Your remit will be to create and implement a robust Early Careers strategy, talent into graduate and apprenticeship roles within the business.
Talent Acquistion Business Partner- Early Careers
- You will take ownership of Early Careers recruitment and drive ED&I from an early careers perspective.
- You'll have ownership for designing and implementing early careers strategy
- Design and manage assessment centres, right through to wash up sessions afterwards
- Build and manage relationships with Universities, colleges and schools
- Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are in line with the business / functional needs, individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified
- Identify current and future needs, design job descriptions and adverts all with the aim of improving ED&I.
- Screen and shortlist applications, interview and providing a great candidate experience.
- Create and manage direct sourcing campaigns using social media, databases.
- Ensure your candidates receive an exceptional service and a positive candidate journey, keeping in regular contact, providing updates and feedback.

- This is a hands-on recruitment role where your expertise and involvement will be key in the selection process
Ideal background:
- An extensive background in Early Careers within a large complex business
- You will have lots of experience of improving ED&I within the Early career space.
- You'll have some great examples of processes that you've improved.
