This is a great opportunity for an expereinced software engineer with current commercial Java experience to join an established business using the latest technology. The company are looking for a mid-level Software developer to become part of their team developing new products and platforms in Java and Golang.
This would be an excellent opportunity for a mid-level developer looking for progression into a senior role or a junior developer looking to make the step up and take on more responsibility in a flexible and technically challenging environment. The company are a software house developing a range of applications to support millions of medical professionals and patients every year, so you'll be working on R&D and greenfield projects on a daily basis.
The Java Software Developer position offers scope for progression, an excellent company culture and a starting salary from £45,000 - £60,000 based on experience + benefits and flexible working.
Essential Requirements
- Java or Golang programming
- Spring Boot
- Restful Web Services / Microservices
Nice to have's
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- MySQL / MongoDB
- Domain Driven Design / Clean Architecture and design patterns
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments etc
- BDD / Test driven development
- Source Code Management (Git)
