Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer bookings and service schedules
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Handle complex customer and supplier queries
- Support and guide junior team members
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with invoice and payment queries
- Drive service improvements and process enhancements
To be successful, you will have
- Proven experience in a senior customer service or coordination role
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team (highly beneficial)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
