Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a growing company in Sutton, seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team. This role offers a clear path to Customer Service Manager and would suit someone with strong service skills and experience leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer bookings and service schedules
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Handle complex customer and supplier queries
  • Support and guide junior team members
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with invoice and payment queries
  • Drive service improvements and process enhancements

To be successful, you will have

  • Proven experience in a senior customer service or coordination role
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team (highly beneficial)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel and general IT proficiency
  • A proactive mindset with strong organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work full time and live local to Sutton
