Billings / Credit Controller

Your new company:
You will be joining a global business, initially on a long-term temporary basis.

Your new role:
Working as part of a skilled credit control team, you will take responsibility for your own ledger of key accounts. Your duties within this position will be evenly split between billing and cash collection.

  • Collating the information required to produce accurate customer invoices
  • Ensuring high levels of billing accuracy are achieved inline with targets and SLA's
  • Building excellent working relationships both internally and externally
  • Chasing due payments by telephone, email and letter
  • Resolving invoice related queries and issues to ensure prompt payment
  • Issuing credit notes as required
  • Reporting on aged debt

What you'll need to succeed:
You must have experience of raising customer invoices to be considered for this position. Credit control or collection experience is also highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and computer literacy are also needed.
