Role: 3rd Line MSP Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 DOE
Job Description:
We are working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Central Liverpool, who work with a variety of industries across Merseyside with all aspects of IT.
We are looking for a senior dedicated and driven 3rd Line Engineer who has a wealth of experience within IT Support and preferably MSP or IT Consultancy environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional IT support to a range of clients
- Assist in the design, implementation and security of WAN, LAN and Cloud.
- Hardware and software issues
- Mentoring/training junior team members
- Troubleshoot escalated issues/incidents through to resolution
- To support and maintain operating systems
- Work on client projects, managing and supporting
- Liase with 3rd parties when applicable
Technical requirements:
- Minimum years demonstratable experience in IT
- Experience installing and configuring IT Systems
- Office 365 & Applications
- VoIP / Connectivity - troubleshooting
- Routers, Switch firewall installations/configurations
- MS Server, Clustering
- Anti-virus technologies
- AD, Group Policies
- Hyper/V & VMware
- SQL Troubleshooting
