Access Control Supervisor required. Our client has been providing buildings support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients for over 40 years.
Successful candidates will support the management team by carrying out site surveys, quotations, toolbox talks van inspections, etc. Candidates will act as a Senior Engineer if / when required, supporting engineers with high level repairs and supervise larger installations and projects and act as liaison between the engineers and the management team.

Position Overview
- Site surveys and quote production
- Supervise larger job (installations, projects, etc.) and produce regular progress reports to management team
- Post inspection of works and Van Inspections (PPE, Ladders, Stock, Etc.)
- Assist contract managers with Tool Box Talks
- Escalation points for engineers
- Random site inspections for quality assurance
- Carryout some High level / complex repairs
- Act as a liaison between Operatives and/or Sub-contractors in the field and managers / senior management within the department.
- Be aware of improvers & new starters progression on site, offering assistance when required
- Out of hours call out rota escalation
**Access Control Supervisor
Position Requirements
- 3 years + Experience in Access Control, CCTV and Door Entry fault Diagnostics & Installation works
- IPAF and Asbestos Awareness all advantageous
- CSCS and SSSTS
- ADSA / DHF Qualified
- The ability to follow technical drawings, building plans and wiring diagrams
- Supervisory and estimating experience, be able to compile estimates from schedule of rates.

Position Remuneration
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- Working Hours: 8am -5pm
- Holiday Package: 21 days + 8BH increasing based on service
