Procurement Manager – Public Sector – 6 -month - £536 (inside Ir35)
Central Government Client now requires a Procurement Manager to take ownership of varied tasks to successfully contract digital partner services.
The Procurement Manager will have a strong background as a procurement and programme leader with a proven record of delivery in 5 case Business Case Creation and the Development of Green Book compliant business cases.
The Procurement Manager will have experience in the management of multi-disciplinary procurement teams and have a strong background within the public sector.
The Digital Partner Procurement Lead will also have knowledge in both PCR 2015 and the new Procurement Act.
Requirements:
- Digital Procurement
- 5 Case business Case creation
- Public Sector experience
- Strong understanding of public sector Assurance processes
- Knowledge in PCR 2015 and the new Procurement Act
- Development of Green Book compliant business cases
- Programme risk management
- Ability to provide and receive complex sensitive or contentious information
Rate: £536 (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6-month
Location: London (ad-hoc onsite requirement)
