You will be buyers main point of contact and you negotiate the sale and guide them through the process through to completion. Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by engaging with potential buyers and showcasing brand new properties, off plan
- Guide clients through the entire home-buying process
- Build and maintain strong relationships to close deals effectively
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets, this could be from any sales focused industry, including phone sales, or car sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Weekend working is required, with 2 consecutive days off in the week
