HR Assistant Permanent Based in Horsham (hybrid) £27,000 - £30,000 per annum plus study support REF: TA0984
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a reputable business in the Horsham area on a permanent contract.
Your duties will include:
- Provide HR administration support, advice and guidance on a broad range of HR issues in line with our policies and procedures
- Support all key HR generalist activities to including but not limited to; Absence Management, Family Friendly Policies, Performance Management, Disciplinaries and Grievances and the preparation of accompanying correspondence and administration requirements
- Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports and data, to include employee data, headcount, turnover, absence etc
- Responsible for monitoring absence and the associated administration and reporting
- Responsible for the HR team inbox and act as an initial point of contact for queries, to action and allocate as appropriate
- Administration of the onboarding and leaver processes
- Co-ordinate and run the company induction process
- Responsible for the administration of HR systems, platforms and databases
- Support the administration of company benefits to include the annual renewal process
Key requirements:
- Be highly organised with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Be self-motivated to drive for results
- Have the ability to work under pressure with a 'right first time' approach to all tasks in order to provide a first-class service to internal/external stakeholders
- Prior experience using HR Systems, preferably PeopleHR or similar
- A proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels both internally and externally to the business
- Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 Qualified
