What you will be doing:
Liaising with clients and contractors to arrange maintenance and repair services
Assisting the scheduling team with daily coordination
Handling inbound calls, taking accurate messages and actioning requests
Managing a busy inbox and responding to client queries
Updating and maintaining the CRM system with relevant information
What we are looking for:
A confident and professional telephone manner
Strong computer skills and experience using databases
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Previous experience in a customer service or admin-based role preferred
Own transport is required due to the office location
