Are you a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, looking for a new opportunity in a growing company? My client, a rapidly expanding Facilities Management business based in Southend, is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

What you will be doing:

Liaising with clients and contractors to arrange maintenance and repair services

Assisting the scheduling team with daily coordination

Handling inbound calls, taking accurate messages and actioning requests

Managing a busy inbox and responding to client queries

Updating and maintaining the CRM system with relevant information

What we are looking for:

A confident and professional telephone manner

Strong computer skills and experience using databases

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Previous experience in a customer service or admin-based role preferred

Own transport is required due to the office location

Free parking is available on site
