Central Employment is thrilled to announce its collaboration with a pioneering client dedicated to transforming industry norms. We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor within this innovative team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle inbound calls from customers and couriers, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
  • Fix problems for customers and answer their questions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Assist with general office tasks as required to contribute to overall team success.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Knowing your way around Microsoft Office

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 days in the office.
