We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and varied role that offers a high level of responsibility. In this position, you will manage a large geographical area and collaborate with multiple stakeholders within Thames Water.
What you'll be doing as a Resource Co-ordinator
- Scheduling, dispatching, and overseeing the completion of maintenance investigations and repair work, mainly for our third-party contractors.
- Managing appointments and ensuring that work is prioritized, assigned, and completed by field teams efficiently.
- Responding to emergency work as needed, ensuring it's actioned promptly and within deadlines.
- Collaborating with various teams and individuals across Thames Water.

Working Hours & Benefits:
- Part-time, permanent role, working 21.6 hours per week.
- Full day on Fridays, with very flexible hours from 7 am to 4 pm, depending on the day and work requirements.
- Flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
- Salary starting from £13,500 per annum
What You Should Bring to the Role
- Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordinating is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while meeting project timelines.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and adaptability to new software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and pride in delivering quality work.
- A collaborative attitude, ready to support your colleagues.
