Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00
Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Job description:
- Carrying out OT assessments and providing input to patients in their own homes, this may include care homes.
- The caseload will be dealing with elderly adults in a variety of settings in the community
- The role does allow the option for some remote working as some appointments will be able to be undertaken remotely.
- Experience working within elderly care is essential for this role.
