Description
- Oversee the entire AR process from invoice creation to payment collection
- Acting as a gatekeeper for all B2C and B2B orders
- Liaising between Sales teams for any new and existing queries
- Posting daily and monthly contract invoicing and ensuring these are all accurately kept
- Assisting with month end, including revenue reporting
- Involvement in contract change requests, terminations, and renewals
- Responding to queries in line with the SLA and working across multiple inboxes
- Managing the Direct Debit collection process and rectifying any payment failures
- Chasing B2C and B2B debts via telephone and email
- Raising credit notes following compensation approvals
- Processing daily bank reconciliations with high levels of attention-to-detail
Profile
A successful AR Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in a transactional finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
