This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, who is committed to maintaining and enhancing client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Day to day of the role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are fully met.
- Efficiently handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and endorsements.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support new business inquiries and contribute to business development.
- Prioritise client retention by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Place insurance policies for clients in line with the company's strategic approach.
- Promptly and accurately resolve account-related queries, ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance handling, either in brokerage or underwriting.
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant insurance qualifications, such as CII, are preferred.
