Apprentice Design Manager

Are you passionate about maintaining and enhancing the Army's Estate on Salisbury Plain? As a Design Manager Apprentice, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Contract. Your goal? To create long-term lifecycle plans that keep the MOD's estate in excellent condition throughout the PFI contract.

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll be under the guidance of experienced colleagues, acquiring essential skills and hands-on experience. From project inception to the start of delivery, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborating with managers and stakeholders to define project scope, funding routes and strategic approaches. Your input will be invaluable when handling product specifications, material choices and workmanship standards, and, as safety is our top priority, you'll ensure designs comply with the relevant standards, building regulations and contractual requirements.

Ready to join the team?

We're looking for someone who holds at least five GCSEs at grade C or 4+. In addition to this, it is desirable, but not essential, to have relevant experience or a relevant level 2 qualification.

Location: Tidworth and Bulford Salary: Up to £23,900 Level 4 Apprenticeship
