The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. You will work closely with pupils, providing one-on-one support, small group instruction, and assistance with classroom activities. Additionally, you will help to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and promote the well-being and development of all children.
Requirements:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be available for full-time work - Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30pm
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one - £46 and we will pay you back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us!
- Previous experience working with children not a necessity, it's more about the person!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young learners
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning and development
