Gleeson are delighted to be working with a market leading B2C specialist in their search for a CRM Manager to join their team in Birmingham.
This is a brand new position created for someone who can support the business with their new Hubspot integration. They are looking for someone with Hubspot experience who can add value and who can drive performance growth.
This will be a stand-alone position initially, but the company have a vision that you will be able to grow a team around you in the longer term. This will suit you if you can balance being tactical and strategic - you will need to demonstrate being hands on with CRM - Hubspot particularly.
Essentially, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for the client to increase engagement, brand recognition and make customers aware of new products and services.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in Hubspot to increase engagement, brand recognition and make customers aware of new products and services.
- Managinging email production: creation, planning, scheduling, executing, testing and optimization of campaigns.
- Creating and mange Customer Journeys/workflows and omni-channel experiences.
- Analysing and report on manual and automated campaigns.
- Working closely with other marketing channels and creative team to manage campaigns.
- Becoming the subject matter expert on Hubspot and the CRM execution.
This role will be based out of our client's offices in Birmingham (near the Airport, not city centre) two days per week. Our client are offering excellent benefits and offering a basic salary of between £50-60k.
