Salary: Up to £56,407 (including £3k market supplement)

Your Day-to-Day
- Join a large, supportive team of experienced lawyers and dedicated legal officers who are passionate about safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex and sensitive cases, ensuring that all actions align with the Council's objectives and legal requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where knowledge-sharing and support are paramount.
- Represent the Council in Family Court and Court of Protection, and offer high-level legal advice to social work teams and senior council officers.
What You Bring
- You are a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives
- You have strong experience in either Childcare law or Adult Social Care law
