Due to high levels of demand from existing customers and the opportunities for further business development, they are currently looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join the team.

The Role:
- Implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with company goals. Ensure flexibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to meet customer demands.
- Oversee the 24-hour production process, managing 400+ staff through a team of three shift managers. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and budget standards
- This role reports direclty into the Managing Director and works alongside 11 other Senior Managers.
The person:
- Experienced Engineering/Production/Manufacturing Manager
- Management qualification, BEng in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Background within Automotive highly desirable
- Sheet metal, paint or assmebly manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage.
