Our client based in Crayford is seeking a Warehouse FL Operative on a 12-week temp to perm assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established company.
Priority will be given to candidates with Counterbalance FL truck driving experience/license, but this is NOT an essential skill to be considered for the role.
Pay Rate: up to £13.00 ph, PAYE via React Recruitment, weekly paid
Overtime Rate: at time and a half
Hours: 40 hours per week - 8.00am to 4.45 pm, Monday to Friday

Warehouse FL Operative role:
The Warehouse FL Operative reports to the Warehouse Manager.
- Generating appropriate documentation for all material movements
- Checking job paperwork for accuracy
- Material stock located accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communication of shortages and stock discrepancies to relevant departments accurately and in a timely manner
- Location management of new / existing products
- Organising inventory so it is easily accessible and identified.
- Ensuring an efficient, tidy, clean and safe working environment in the Warehouse areas
- Picking and packing orders with the goal of 100% accuracy and as few back orders as possible.
- Packing in a way to ensure customers receive products undamaged.
- Ensuring Daily / Weekly targets are achieved / exceeded.
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.
