The Senior Support Engineer Role:
Working as a Senior Support Engineer with us you will be providing helpdesk support on 1st/2nd/3rd line basis, you will do this via phone, email or remote tools. You will use your technical skills to solve our clients issues whilst also using your personality to maintain client relationships.
Senior Support Engineer - Essential skills:
- Networking and Infrastructure experience.
- Service Desk experience.
- Microsoft stack experience - MS365, Intune, Windows Servers.
- Cloud technology - Azure
- Virtualisation - VMWare and HyperV
