Position: Reception & Office Administrator
Location: Camberley

About Us:
We are seeking a Reception & Office Administrator who will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, managing front desk operations and performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, maintain the visitor log, distribute PPE, and inform staff of arrivals.
  • Contractor Oversight: Update contractor records, manage Safetybank, issue work permits, and provide necessary inductions.
  • Call Handling: Answer incoming calls, relay messages, and manage voicemails.
  • Mail Processing: Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meeting rooms, arrange catering, and manage internal meeting logistics.
  • Travel Booking: Arrange travel and accommodation for employees.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies, refreshments, and cleaning materials.
  • Uniform Management: Order and distribute company uniforms.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Update safety, racking, EL, and security documents, ensuring compliance.
  • Event Coordination: Support in organizing company events, including charity events and the annual Christmas party.

Requirements:

  • Office Experience: Proven ability to manage various administrative tasks and phone communications.
  • Customer Service: Experience in interacting with customers in-person and over the phone.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Welcoming Presence: Ability to create a positive first impression.
