Job Title: Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. The role involves supporting the manager and colleagues in the sale and letting of residential properties. This position requires flexibility, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work well within a busy office environment.
Day to day of the role:
- Create and manage property listings using company software, adhering to company guidelines
- Regularly review the applicant database to identify key prospects
- Conduct outreach for new instructions via email and calls as per company policy
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Promote upselling of conveyancing services and financial advisor referrals
- Organise and conduct property viewings, providing prompt feedback to clients
- Negotiate offers for purchase and lettings, ensuring professional standards are met
- Take high-quality photographs and video tours of properties
- Manage tenant referencing and secure necessary ID for progressing offers
- Maintain regular communication with clients and work closely with central sales and tenancy progression teams.
