?? Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling printing/copying orders using reprographic equipment ???
- Assisting users with special requirements, such as different paper sizes and document finishing ??
- Maintaining and managing stock, including ordering new materials and paper ??
- Conducting basic equipment maintenance and safety checks ??
- Coordinating repairs when necessary to ensure smooth operation ???
- Monitoring usage records and reporting on patterns ??
- Managing the collection and disposal of surplus printed materials ??
- Ensuring an organised and tidy Reprographics Room is maintained �?
- Providing excellent customer service with professionalism and confidentiality ??
