Receptionist/Administrator

I am exclusively working with a client who is based close to Melsonby, near Richmond as they require an Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience within an admin or reception role along with working within a small team.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering all phone calls and directing them to the appropriate member of office staff
  • Sending quotations to customers via email
  • Greeting all visitors to our premises
  • Updating fuel system
  • Producing and distributing company handbooks
  • Ordering and ensuring drivers have the correct PPI equipment
  • Assisting the accounts department when necessary

The hours of work would be 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
