Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects. Working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and contribute to the growth of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:
  • Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  1. Communication and Coordination:
  • Facilitate communication among project team members, ensuring information flow and collaboration.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.

  1. Task Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor project progress and track task completion against project timelines.

  • Prepare regular status reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.

  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

  • Work closely with senior project managers to proactively address challenges and ensure project success.

  1. Client Interaction:
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any client concerns.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.

  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes, ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
  1. Learning and Development:
  • Actively seek opportunities for professional development in project management methodologies and emerging technologies.

  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance project management skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Exposure to Design skills
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies.
