Team Assistant – in stunning offices within a landmark building in the City of London
12-month fixed term contract, with potential to convert to a permanent role
Near Liverpool Street & Fenchurch Street
Office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day WFH
£35-40k per annum + discretionary bonus
8am – 6 pm

My client, a financial services firm, are looking for a Team Assistant to provide support to a number of their Directors, Managers and Heads of, whilst also being on hand to offer back up support when needed to their Receptionist.
This is a brilliant, and rare, opportunity for a recent graduate, with 1 year+ corporate experience to step up into a role that will offer growth and development in time, whilst working for a company who truly appreciate their employees.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Diary and calendar management
- Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including: visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings and car bookings
- Expense management and preparation
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues
- Covering reception when needed
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as ordering stationary,
WHO YOU ARE:
- You must have experience of working as a Team Assistant within a corporate environment, ideally within Financial Services, for 1 year+
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player and someone who sees no job as too big or small
- Friendly and approachable with can do, muck in attitude
- A confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks
- Demonstrate dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
- Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
- Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
