My client is an award winning architectural design practice known for their expertise in residential and commercial projects. They offer a range of services, planning, including architectural design, and project management. The firm is looking for a graduate planner to join their Planning team in Somerset!
Their planning services include site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning applications, and negotiations its local authorities. The team work closely with clients to ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements and maximise the potential for each site. Their expertise in local planning policies and strategic approach helps to secure successful outcomes.
The successful candidate will have an RTPI accredited degree and be keen to work towards achieving chartership as a Town Planner. You will need great communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be liaising with key professionals and preparing reports. Further responsibilities include providing planning support and liaising with planning authorities on pre-application enquiries and full planning applications.
