Out client is currently on the lookout for an Infrastructure Engineer to come and join their growing team and organisation. You will be expected and required to work with a variety of systems and technologies such as M365, Active Directory, LAN, WAN , VWare & Hyper-V.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and support new and existing servers and network infrastructure.
- Monitor business critical processes and systems and attend to any issues flagged up by the network monitoring software.
- Manage the rollout and support of desktop devices, including creating and maintaining desktop build images/configuration policies.
- Manage and administer communications technology; Exchange, Microsoft 365, and VoIP telephony.
- Plan and implement upgrades required to maintain efficient and robust delivery of IT services.
The following skills and experience will be beneficial:
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator
- A good level of relevant technical knowledge
- 2 years or more experience in a relevant IT role
- Windows Server administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, prioritise workload & work as a team
