Based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with travel to locations within Essex and Hertfordshire, including Stevenage, Buntingford, Hertford, Bishops Stortford and the Borough of Broxbourne.
Full-time, 37 hours per week.
Salary: £29,768 - £33,075

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual.

In this role, you'll provide a first-class housing management service to customers living in our Sheltered schemes and within specialist housing. You will be tasked with building positive relationships with customers, responding to customer enquiries within timeframes and role modelling a culture of excellent customer service. Monitoring the day-to-day wellbeing and support for our most vulnerable customers, you'll oversee health and safety compliance and ensure accurate records are maintained.

We're looking for someone with...

- experience of working in a customer-focused environment;
- general knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and the Mental Capacity Act;
- knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation; and
- a full valid driving licence and daily use of a car.

You'll need to be a great communicator with good knowledge of the Essex and Hertfordshire areas.

Please note, you will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
