Sales Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our client based in South Derbyshire. This is a pivotal role within the organisation that will be key in ensuring the continued revenue growth of the business. You will be responsible for maximising the sales team potential by developing and implementing sales plans. Key duties will include:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • To build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up to date in Salesforce
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of internal sales representatives
  • Support external sales in breaking into new markets
  • Understand and comply with all relevant Company rules, agreements, policies, procedures and with all relevant legislative requirements and codes of practice
  • Act in a professional manner
  • & ensure good working relationships

The successful candidate is expected to be highly motivated, sales driven and proactive in their approach along with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
