Legal Secretary/PA

BramahHRare seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our fantastic client based in Kirby, Liverpool. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the legal team and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Transcribe dictations and audio recordings
- Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role for the past 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software applications
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
