Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and pension administration, with a strong understanding of LGPS and SHPS.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally - both in writing and verbally is key as you will often handle complex queries from colleagues or stakeholders, so a solutions-focused mindset is essential.
- The role requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Being highly organised, deadline-driven, and capable of spotting discrepancies quickly will ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing for large organisations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely delivery across high-volume payroll cycles.
