HR Assistant based within the scenic Scottish Borders. My client is a well-established organisation with a dedicated HR team. An HR Team that supports the growth and development of its employees.
As an HR Assistant you will provide a variety to HR Tasks including:-
Employee Relations:-
- Take minutes and give basic ER advice
- Assist with investigations
- Support Managers in the absence of the HR Advisor
Administration Support:-
- Assist with day-today HR administration
- Assist with contracts and offer letters
- Maintain HR Records and database
