The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant experience and enjoy leading and mentoring a team. You will be confident running jobs through all RIBA stages and have excellent time management skills. Revit experience is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Significant experience post qualification in a UK-based practice
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited
- Confident producing and delivering tender packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Run projects through all RIBA stages
- Manage a team and mentor junior team members
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Conduct site visits
- Proficient using Revit
- Live within a commutable distance from Warrington
