About the Role
This established accountancy firm is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Administrator where you will play a crucial role in their payroll team, responsible for processing end-to-end payrolls and ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
Key Responsibilities;
- Manage entire payroll process from start to finish, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports for payments and third party entities.
- Stay up to date with company policies and tax legislation
- Prepare month-end journals and reports as needed posting for audit purposes, contributing to the overall financial health of the business
- Deal with payroll queries
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee data
- Maintain records for robust document control.
Experience Required
- Experience in Payroll - Ideally within and Accountancy Practice
- Familiarity with Sage 50
- Knowledge of HMRC legislation and pension auto enrolment
- Can work effectively across multiple clients who run both weekly and monthly payroll.
