Our retail client is looking for a Project Manager to join them on a contract basis. You will be working on a RFP for a new tool that would enable automation and active workflow management in both promotions and product lifecycle processes.
Accountabilities:
- Management of the project ensuring delivery to agreed cost, time and scope
- Ensuring a project plans are created and tracked against, including risk and issue management
- Ensuring a budget tracker is created and maintained in line with timelines and approved spend
- Ensuring there is a clear and adhered to RAID process, and that agreed tools are used and PMO/Portfolio deadlines met
- Providing regular status updates to the Programme Manager and Steering Group, if required
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with the Sponsor and Business Leads, ensuring communication channels are defined, agreed and adhered to
- Managing the relationship with Procurement to ensure the correct RFP process is followed and associated presentations, workshops and design meetings are orchestrated as required
- Managing the relationship with any third parties to build and maintain collaborative ways of working and delivery methods
Experience Required:
- Stakeholder engagement / management - including third party vendors
- Project and programme methods
- Monitoring and controlling - including change control
- Risk and Issue management
- Procurement process management - working with this team on any required Procurement activity
- Run the end-to-end RFP process
