Your responsibilities will encompass leading and motivating multiple accounting teams. Implementing effective client communication strategies to build and maintain strong relationships will be imperative.
Collaborating with leadership, you will contribute to strategic planning for client management and service delivery, continuously improving internal processes.
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum full AAT qualification or preferably be a ACCA or CIMA finalist, with strong experience dealing with small businesses. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, and take initiative are essential. Experience managing a team and exceptional written English skills are required, along with traits like respect, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
