Reed HR are working with a Financial Services company based in Central London to recruit a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis. Salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. This job will work on the hybrid working model, with some days based in the office and the rest from home each week.
The main responsibilities of this job are to provide the full Generalist HR Advisory support to the Business. You will be accountable for the whole employee lifecycle, including advising managers and stake holders, recruitment, payroll, Employee relations, performance and various projects as required.
This is a professional and demanding HR Advisor job, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within a busy HR team previously supporting with end-to-end HR Generalist duties across the whole employee lifecycle.
