Sales Support Coordinator Duties:
- Taking customers queries and requests via telephone and emails
- Making sure quotes and being produced and sent out
- Sourcing products for enquiries
- Liaising with suppliers and account managers
- Updating the CRM system at all times
- Dealing with customer complaints
