Job Title: Head Of Production
Salary: £90,000 plus benefits
Location: Hampshire
Are you an experienced Production Manager within the Manufacturing sector?
Interested in developing your skills within the Construction Product market?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a fantastic pipeline of work. As Head Of Production, you will be responsible for the overall daily management of the production facility, ensuring output targets are met whilst implementing processes to improve output and productivity.
As Head Of Production you will:
- Ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently
- Implement processes to improve efficiency
- Manage 30+ directly employed factory staff
- Oversee all health and safety policies
- Plan and organise all production schedules
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Can demonstrate experience managing large, multiple production teams
- Hold good knowledge of lean & six sigma strategies
- Will lead a continuous improvement culture
- Possess strong knowledge of implementing processes to improve output
