Known for its excellent local reputation, the home provides general nursing care, dementia care, rehabilitation services, and respite care.

With a stable, dedicated team and strong staff-to-resident ratios, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, well-equipped setting.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care under the guidance of the Care Manager, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, in collaboration with families and the wider healthcare team.

Provide person-centred care that respects residents' dignity, independence, and choices.

Manage medication safely, in line with legal and professional guidelines.

Safeguard and promote the well-being of residents at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin

In-depth knowledge of care standards and the NMC Code of Practice

Experience in person-centred care planning

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

A genuine passion for delivering the highest standards of care
