- Networking and Relationship management (Clients).

Essential Skills:
- Relevant experience in the recruitment market.
- Must drive and have full driving licence.
- Sales experience in a recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of solutions sales in a recruitment setting.
- Drive to overachieve.
Previous Experience Required:
- Experience as a recruitment Consultant, or Branch/Recruitment manager (sales).
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry.
- Sales and business development skill set.
- Recruitment legislation knowledge.
