  • Able to overachieve sales and activity KPI'S.

  • Identifying business development opportunities.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Networking and Relationship management (Clients).

Essential Skills:

  • Relevant experience in the recruitment market.
  • Must drive and have full driving licence.
  • Sales experience in a recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of solutions sales in a recruitment setting.
  • Drive to overachieve.

Previous Experience Required:

  • Experience as a recruitment Consultant, or Branch/Recruitment manager (sales).
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry.
  • Sales and business development skill set.
  • Recruitment legislation knowledge.
