About the Role:
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' educational journeys. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and delivering engaging activities.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or those who require additional assistance in their studies.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.

Requirements:
