Position: Technical Sales/Project Manager
Location: Witney (OX18 - hybrid)
Salary: c. £50k per annum base salary + generous uncapped bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 to 17:00 with some flexibility)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity within one of our engineering clients based just outside of Witney, who are looking to recruit a value driven Technical Sales professional with a strong interest in project management to join their friendly and well-established team.
This successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director as well as the existing Sales and Project Management teams to assist in the onboarding of each client as well as the project managing the delivery of impressive engineering projects with both high net worth individuals and well known brands across the UK.
Whilst our client's well established product is truly world-renowned thus many of their customers proactively want to buy, due to the nature of the sales process there isn't a 'one size fits all' therefore it is important you are an innovative thinker and able really find think outside the box to find a solution for each and every project.
The successful candidate must be a real team player and be driven to deliver every project to a really high standard. To achieve this you must be a 'real Chameleon' by one day being able to attend a board meeting with a global brand and the next be on site project managing the installation.
This role is really well suited to a candidate coming from a technical or engineering background, who either has project management experience or highly organised and keen to make the transition to manage the full sales and delivery process.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience of excelling within a client focused Technical Sales position
- Experience within Project Management or highly organised with the desire to learn
- Personable and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience at all levels, whether that be when speaking directly with a high-net-worth individual or a delivery person delivering a part
- The ability to manage own workload and consistently think outside the box in an innovative way to find a solution for every project
- A real team player, who genuinely wants to be a valuable part of a well-established special business over the coming decades
- Full UK driving license and access to own car
