Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Assistant Site Site Manager to join a reputable housing contractor, upon their site in Wymondham, Norfolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business, who have strong growth plans in the region over the forthcoming month with multiple sites starting.
In this role, you will be working along side the Site Manager and assist with the delivering of units on programme and on budget, with the highest of standards. You should be capable of managing a team and setting high standards of customer service, build quality and Health and Safety.
Salary/Package; £45-£55k plus package
Requirements/Qualifications
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Proven Residential Site Management experience
- Two working references
